Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.

Decorate and finish baked items, such as pastries, cakes, and specialty items, with precision and creativity.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory and ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing products.
Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role (e.g., pastry chef).
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Key Responsibilities

Bag, seal, and label bread and baked goods according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver bakery products to various locations.
Load and unload bakery items, ensuring correct quantities and order accuracy.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Communicate with office and address any delivery concerns / issues.
Handle invoices, and maintain accurate records when required.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain product quality.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery driving, preferably in food or bakery distribution.
Ability to lift up up to 10kg and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working overnight/early morning shifts.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of local delivery routes and navigation skills.
Overnight shifts, typically between 9 PM – 7 AM (varies by route).
Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
Comfortable driving around Sydney, Blue Mountains, Newcastle, Wollongong.
Physical work, including loading and unloading products.
