    Account approval and set up is done within business hours and can be done instantly or up to 24 hours.

    You can check the status by contacting us, and we’ll update you on the approval process.
  • How do I update my account information?
    All account information can be updated on online via Ordermentum. Please also notify our staff of any changes, including update of delivery address or delivery instructions, so we can advise our team.
  • Can multiple people from my business place orders under one account?
    Yes! We can set up multiple authorised users under your account. We just need the users Name, Contact Number & Contact Email - we will send them an invite to access your business account and place orders online.
  • How do I reset my account password or login details?
    You can reset your password via the login page or contact Ordermentum for more assistance, if required.
  • Do wholesale accounts get special pricing or discounts?
    Yes! Wholesale accounts receive discounted wholesale pricing.
  • Change of business ownership.
    If you have a change of ownership to your business, please contact our office.
  • Can I close my wholesale account?
    Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, pending orders and payments must still be fulfilled per our cancellation policy. Please contact our office to close your account.
  • How do I place a wholesale order?
    All orders are placed online through the ordering platform, Ordermentum. You will need to create a wholesale account to order from us - please complete our wholesale application form or connect with us on Ordermentum, if you are already currently on the platform.
  • Do you offer standing orders?
    Yes! You set up recurring standing orders on a daily or weekly basis.
  • What is your cut off time for orders?
    Our order cut off is 2pm for next day delivery / pick up.
  • Do you accept last minute orders?
    If your order is placed after our 2pm cut off time, please contact our office if you urgently require it for next day and we will see if we can assist you.
  • Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Once an order is paid we are unable to make any changes, if you urgently need to adjust your order please contact us asap.
  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?
    Cut off for orders is 2pm for next day delivery /pick up. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.
  • Can I place an order for a future date?
    Yes, you can schedule orders for a specific future date. If you cannot see your requested date at check out, please let us know the delivery or pick-up date, and we’ll accommodate it.
  • Can I change the delivery or pick-up location after placing the order?
    Changes to the delivery or pick-up location can be made as long as you notify us once your order is placed in the system, so we can make a note of your request straight away.
  • I need to cancel / reschedule my order.
    Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Please contact our office staff urgently if you require an order to be cancelled or rescheduled.

    We offer a variety of breads, buns, pastries, croissants, donuts, cakes, muffins, sweets, gluten free products, ect. Our full product range is available online.

    Yes! All of our products are made fresh to order.

    Yes, all of our frozen products are offered in bulk cartons. Please contact us to discuss quantities and delivery options.

    Frozen products are carefully packaged in bulk carton boxes to maintain freshness and ensure ease of storage. Packaging may vary depending on the product.
  • What is the shelf life of your frozen products?
    Frozen products can typically last for 3 months, depending on the product. For best results, it’s recommended to store them at -18°C.
  • How do I store frozen products once received?
    Once you receive frozen products, please store them immediately in a commercial freezer to preserve quality.
  • Do frozen products come with baking instructions?
    Please contact us for our frozen product information sheet which will include all baking / reheating information necessary.
  • Can I pick up frozen products from your bakery?
    Yes, you can arrange to pick up frozen products directly from our bakery. Please ensure you have frozen transpiration / storage.
  • Can I order frozen products for same day delivery / pick up?
    Frozen products generally require advance notice and proper storage, so same day delivery / pick up may not always be possible. Please contact us for any urgent orders.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards and direct debit. You will need to have a payment method on your account to place your orders.

    No, we do not offer credit terms - all orders are pay on placement.

    Invoices are emailed to your selected billing email address, as soon as your order is placed in the system.

    If there any issues, damages or missing items from your orders we will process a credit on your account. Credits will automatically deduct from your next order placed, as long as your total is higher than the credit amount. We do not provide refunds.

    Yes, we provide delivery services for wholesale orders. Availability depends on your location and order size.
  • Do you deliver to residential, business, commercial addresses?
    As long as we have confirmed delivery instructions and access to deliver anytime between 11pm - 7am and a safe location to leave your stock - we can deliver to any address.
  • What areas do you deliver to?
    We currently deliver within the following range: - Sydney - Blue Mountains - Picton - Woolongong - Kiama - Nowra - Central Coast - Newcastle - Maitland - Cessnock If you’re outside this area, please contact us to get delivery options.

    Delivery days will vary depending on your location. Sydney - Newcastle delivery is 7 days.

    Our standard wholesale delivery hours are between 11pm - 7am.

    Delivery times will vary daily depending on numerous factors, including how many deliveries we have, where they are located, how many delivery drivers we have. For this reason our deliveries can be made anytime between the hours of 11pm - 7am. If you urgently require a specific delivery time, please contact our office.

    We’ll notify you ASAP if there are delays due to traffic, weather, van issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where will you leave my orders?
    We will require delivery instructions to be provided to us, most of the time we will require key access to ensure your orders are being safely delivered. We cannot be held liable for any damaged / stolen goods if you have agreed for your order to be left outside of your delivery location.
  • Where do I pick up my order from?
    Pick up is from our head office, we are located at 2 / 102 Ballandella Road Pendle Hill. You will have to collect your order from the back of our warehouse, there is a sign on the door that says Bad Boy Bakehouse / My Donut Box. There will be a light switch on the wall next to the door - this is our buzzer. Please press the buzzer and let our staff know you have a pick up order for collection and the team will bring your order out to you!
  • Can I pick up my order instead of getting delivery?
